Plain English. No dark patterns, no resale, no marketing list. Here's exactly what happens to the information you share through the contact form.
What we collect
The contact form on this site collects the following PII (personally identifiable information) only when you choose to fill it in and press submit:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Who the inquiry is for (yourself, a parent, a spouse, or another family member)
- Which type of hearing aid you're interested in
- Any free-text message you choose to add
Why we collect each field
- Name and phone — so Smita ji can call you back. The phone number is the primary way we reach you, since the practice runs by phone and walk-in.
- Who the inquiry is for — so we know whether to plan the consultation around the patient or a family caregiver.
- Hearing aid type — so we can have the right demo unit ready when you visit.
- Free-text message — optional context only, used to serve your inquiry better.
How the form actually submits
When you press submit, the form opens WhatsApp with the inquiry pre-formatted as the opening message to +91 98255 51364. The submission does not pass through a backend server, a database, or any analytics tool we operate. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs the message in transit and at rest on Smita ji's device.
How long we keep it
Once the WhatsApp message arrives on Smita ji's phone, it lives in her WhatsApp chat history until she clears it. We don't copy your details into any external CRM or marketing list. If you become a patient, your file is kept for clinical follow-up purposes for as long as you are actively under our care.
Who has access
Smita ji is the only person who reads your inquiry. We don't share your details with hearing aid manufacturers, with other clinics, with directories, or with marketers. We don't run paid advertising that targets the people who fill in this form.
Analytics on this site
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count anonymous page views. GA4 sets cookies and may log a coarse approximate location (city level) tied to your IP. GA4 does not see the personal details you type into the contact form — that data goes straight to WhatsApp, not into GA4.
How to request deletion
Email rahi.hear@gmail.com with the phone number you used on the form, and we'll delete the WhatsApp thread on our side. We'll confirm by replying to the same email. Allow up to seven working days.

If we change how the contact form works, we'll update this page. The footer of every page links here, so you can always check the current version.
